Damaged, defective or misprinted items If your item arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, email us at within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to return the item.
Changed your mind: 14-day right of withdrawal If you live in Iceland or the EEA, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email us at to let us know, then return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days. You pay the cost of return shipping. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return.
Wrong size If the size isn't right, contact us. We're happy to help with an exchange on the same terms as a return.
