Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from the AllergyID store, operated by AllergyID ehf. (kennitala 620626-1980), Aðalstræti 2B, 600 Akureyri, Iceland.
- Products. All products are printed on demand. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed item.
- Prices and VAT. Prices are shown in Icelandic krónur (ISK). AllergyID ehf. is VAT-registered in Iceland, and VAT is applied according to Icelandic rules. Shipping is shown at checkout. Customs and import charges for orders to Iceland and other countries are described in our Shipping Policy.
- Orders. An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product can't be produced.
- Payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Returns. See our Refund Policy.
- Not medical products. Our apparel and accessories are awareness items. They do not replace medical advice, an allergy action plan, medication or an allergy card, and must not be relied on as the only way to communicate an allergy.
- Intellectual property. All designs belong to AllergyID ehf. and may not be copied.
- Liability. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product, except where the law provides otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Governing law. Icelandic law applies. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
